Starting with Director on Call is easy! Fill out our intake form and a Programmer will work with you to ensure we can answer any of your callers’ questions. Once the script is approved, we create a training video that our Agents review before your service is activated. You are allocated a unique telephone number for call-forwarding that allows us to know that is your incoming call. Your greeting and on call schedule can be changed as often as you like and we will provide log-in credentials so you see your usage stats and listen to call recordings.

  • Writing: Capturing the callers information, with clarity, conciseness, and correct grammar and spelling is rated on a continuous basis.
